Youth Empowerment Program
What is the Youth Empowerment Program?
The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) provides wraparound support for local First Nations youth (15-17 years) through a culturally embedded framework centered on deep connection to Country.
Weaving together cultural strengthening, traditional skills, therapeutic support, and positive mentorship, Jagun YEP helps young people build resilience, identity and purpose.
Participants receive real world, hands on, group experience and an opportunity to open pathways toward a career in caring for Country.
This program is being delivered in collaboration with Connect Northern Rivers and Human Nature Adventure Therapy.
